I live in South Jackson Tennessee Zone 7.
I am doing everything I can to make a Little 8.16 acre Garden of Eden. I am retired with pension so my income is limited. I am trying to plant every nut berry and fruit that I can here as time and money permits. We have a problem in this area with Bamboo--Once planted you can not stop it from, overtaking everything. friend planted in back yard and now the whole woods belongs to Bamboo and it is in the yard and coming up under the house. If your bamboo can not be controlled please mention something about it in your advertisments. I would like to know if you have Bamboo that does not overtake everything. and I do like the bamboo with the fronz or leafs.
Thanks. Also there is a plant growing near here that has the look of an ornamental palm and I don't think anyone knows about it. There is about 1 acre with the giant 30' tall ornamental trees growing in a pine forest 1 acre and it is like walking into Gerassic Park and the floor is full of fronz and new groth of more of them. It is a miracle that they are growing here. They look to be about 100 yrs old from the speed at which they grow. I doubt anyone or forest rangers know they are there or they don't think much about them. ? Have a good day.
